The condition of the hotel was appalling. Our room was rundown, with wallpaper peeling and furniture that felt like it belonged in a dump. It felt more like a visit to a slum than a hotel stay.

oh, where do I begin? the bathroom was simply revolting—water sprayed all over the floor, and those towels, stacked on a mildew-infested sill, were an absolute no-go. And don’t even get me started on the dilapidated building. it looked like they were trying to keep the charm of a slum. I was totally expecting a complimentary upgrade, but I guess that’s too much to ask.

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to activities for kids. We appreciated the spacious one-bedroom suite that accommodated our family comfortably, including a separate king bed for us and queens for the kids. The host, Vijay, was very welcoming and provided honest updates about the ongoing renovations.
There were some temporary installations due to renovations that made the surroundings feel a bit unfinished.

Mike the owner is very attentive and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Hooking us up with the BBQ pit was a game changer for our stay!
It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but you get what you pay for.
